Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy
Lessons are paid for in advance. Five-lesson blocks are paid in full before the first lesson and are designed to encourage regular learning and consistent progress. If you need to rearrange a lesson, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will normally be charged in full. Full booking, payment, cancellation and statutory cancellation information will be provided when you book.
